How to avoid terminal 2050-2099 CE

Rev 11 Jan 2012

If historically established temperature regulation thresholds are significantly exceeded, Earth temperature increase will be rapid and extreme, well beyond the ability of human races survival 2050-2099 CE. There has been no political acknowledgment of the need to quickly change the U.S. (and other countries) from a hydrocarbon (coal, oil, natural gas) economy to that of clean nuclear energy.  In fact, for two decades, world leaders' activities have been counter productive to human races survival.  Left Democrats’ control of Washington DC political machinery resulted in reductions in number of media and media articles critical of global warming temperature increase. Too few of the public, politicians, media, and national defence systems know of the depth of the global warming temperature increase problem. Therefore, without change, there is now certainty that human races survival ends 2050-2099 CE.

In the early 1990s there was a nugget of awareness of the threat of global warming temperature increase.  Later in the 1990s, European and U.S. left Democrat socialist movements took over UN efforts to respond to global warming temperature increase. In the 2000s, UN’s “climate change” scope and purpose changed from saving human races to that of multinational political corruption and siphoning off funding directed to environmentally friendly sounding projects.  World leaders were (are) intent upon remaining dependent upon on national hydrocarbon economies.

Carbon markets are part of multinational political corruption and siphoning off funding directed to environmentally friendly sounding projects. Carbon markets across the world were valued at 96 billion euros (US$122.63 billion) last year, up 4 percent on 2010. The value of the EU Emissions Trading System (ETS), the world's biggest carbon market, grew by 6 percent to an estimated 76 billion euros (US$97.08 billion).  Overall traded volume in so-called EU Allowances (EUAs), including options and auctions, reached around 6 billion euros (US$7.66 billion) last year, a 17-percent increase on 2010. The EU carbon market is also the biggest buyer of carbon credits issued under the Kyoto Protocol's Clean Development Mechanism (CDM), which awards rich country investments in emissions-reduction claimed projects in the developing world. U.N.-issued Certified Emission Reductions (CERs) at 17.8 billion euros (US$ 22.74 billions) in 2011. The Kyoto Protocol's Joint Implementation market, which issues carbon credits to emissions-reduction projects in developed countries, saw its value grow by 40 percent to 716 million euros (US$ 914.62 million). The North American carbon market's value also declined, falling to 221 million euros (US$ 282.31 million) in 2011. The carbon markets’ shuffle of carbon credits results in huge politically connected special interest profits.  Carbon markets are the “smoking gun” of government sponsored global warming corruption.  Although the markets are huge, none of the carbon trading has resulted in any REDUCTION of global warming temperature increase.

When President Obama’s became President, left Democrat 2008-2010 Congress generated the U.S. communist transitional agenda.  Quickly the transition was legislated, signed, funded, and spent. Siphoning off global warming funds for political purposes then became a U.S. government function.

Left Democrats “stimulated” the U.S. economy with an expensive ‘American Recovery and Reinvestment Act’ (ARRA 2009) that included over $90 billion in unproductive “climate change” alternative renewable energy investments.  However, Congress funded nothing that would reduce global warming TEMPERATURE increase.  Additionally, although compete in 2009, the Yucca Mountain project that is necessary for the U.S. clean nuclear fuel cycle was stopped by congressional left Democrat communists. It appears that most of ARRA stimulus funding was arranged to feed government funds to left Democrat supporters and voter districts with very little stimulus of U.S. capitalism or reduction of global warming. Congress has ignored global warming to provide for political special interests, which supports a charge of gross political negligence.

World leaders continued to build hydrocarbon energy plants that results in 2017  “infrastructure lock-in” of the “carbon budget.” Unless there is quick identification of the emerging and future global warming threat, there is now certainty that human races survival ends 2050-2099 CE.

In the early-1990s, U.S. government agencies did respond with global warming awareness and programs that addressed global warming.

"Environmental Security Ms. Carol Browner, EPA Administrator DoD Environmental Protection Agency Awards Ceremony Thursday, 25 September 1997"

Presenter: Ms. Sherri W. Goodman, Deputy Under Secretary of Defense, September 30, 1997

Today as we more fully understand the threats that global warming pose to future generations, your leadership is going to be more important than ever.

More than 2,000 of the world's foremost experts on the global environment, internationally recognized scientists, are telling us that there is ample evidence that for the first time in history, pollution from human activities is, in fact, changing the earth's climate. Modern industrial activity, particularly the burning of fossil fuels, coal, petroleum products, is filling the atmosphere with carbon dioxide and greenhouse gasses. These gasses trap the sun's heat in the atmosphere and cause the steady, gradual warming of the earth's surface temperature. The average surface temperature is slowly rising, and the scientists tell us that there will be devastating consequences to our environment within the next 100 years. They're predicting more frequent, more intense heat waves; thousands more heat-related deaths; severe droughts; floods will become more common; tropical diseases like malaria will expand their range; agricultural production will suffer; the oceans will rise perhaps by several feet over the next century swamping many coastal areas. This will be our legacy to our children if we do not look for some way to begin reducing our emissions of greenhouse gasses.

There are some who will try and tell you that in order to win the battle against global warming we will have to sacrifice economic security in the years ahead. That is nonsense, and you are proving it right here at the Department of Defense. This is about getting the most out of what has long made this country great -- our creativity, our innovation, our ingenuity. This is about technological leadership. Those who are first in bringing pollution-reducing technologies to the market are going to be very well positioned in the global economy of the 21st Century, and this Department, along with its partners in the private industry, are leaders in developing those technologies. They have been, and I have every confidence that they will be again in the future.

We just saw some examples of the new technologies. The integrated high performance turbine engine technology program that we just saw is but one example of the partnerships that you are producing. There are many others. The new materials the Army has developed to make combat vehicles lighter, more efficient, and at the same time, more fuel efficient. The Navy's new designs for the bows of its ships using technologies that are expected to result in big fuel savings. And the Department of Defense is a leader in using the energy efficient technologies in the construction and renovation of its buildings.

Of course any fuel savings also mean a reduction in greenhouse gas emission, and that helps the overall effort to prevent global warming.

So we come here today to commend the Department of Defense for its continuing leadership role in developing pollution-reducing technologies, bringing alternative technologies on-line, and creating the kinds of partnerships with the private sector that will keep American industry in the forefront of the global marketplace for decades to come.

Thanks in no small part to your efforts, I believe that we can develop the kinds of strategies and approaches that will enable us to fully address the threat of global warming while enabling our economy to grow.

This Department has already shown the way through your work on ozone-depleting substances. We look to your leadership and innovation as we confront the great challenges yet before us.

We made Best-of-the-Best Stratospheric Protection Awards 71 awards last week. I think it's very, very important to note that eight of those awards were for U.S. military organizations and contractors, and an additional six of those awards were for military employees or employees of military contractors. In other words, fully 20 percent of these prestigious global awards -- we award these on a worldwide basis -- recognize the achievements of the military community.

Congratulations to all of you, and thank you for what you have done to give us a healthy, a better environment.

The course now set for human race destruction was established when politicians took over late-1990s global “climate change” responsibilities and funding. Global warming productive responses have been going downhill since the late-1990s.

The science of global warming is established.  The physical laws governing transition of energy forms has not changed since the 1712 Newcomen engine. The time it takes and steps needed for improvements upon energy-transition process is projected decades into the future. National energy resources are known.  Projected fifty year energy-used are available.   Atmospheric content carbon dioxide and methane sources and projections are available. Projected fifty year global warming temperature increase is available. Global economic resources are known. Global population projections are known. The only known energy recourse that might be capable of reducing human and natural global warming greenhouse gases is nuclear energy.  What is not know is untoward responses to global warming by Washington DC.

The relevant question is what must be done to prevent human races destruction and what agency is capable of providing solutions.  In the 2000s there occurred a collapse of global national security and a increased certainty of end human races. There is no longer any reason to believe Washington DC politicians are capable of doing what is necessary to save human life.  The U.S. Department of Defense must assume responsibility of global warming analysis and recommendations, to which the U.S. Congress must provide timely and effective responses.

Department of Defense, Office of Net Assessment - The Director of Net Assessment (ONA) is the principal staff assistant and advisor to the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Defense on net assessment matters. Net assessment is one of the principal frameworks for analyzing the national security strategy of the United States. The ONA Director develops and coordinates net assessments of the standing, trends, and future prospects of U.S. military capabilities and military potential in comparison with those of other countries or groups of countries so as to identify emerging or future threats or opportunities for the United States.  The ONA is capable of assessing global warming.

Neither the U.S. Department of Defense nor U.S. intelligence agencies have made an independent effort to assess the planet's global warming temperature increase, and U.S. security officials have generally tried to distance themselves from any debate over the validity of the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) data.  It is only by timely implementation of informed effective global warming temperature increase responses that human races may be saved form 2050-2099 CE destruction.

The Secretary of Defense is the principal defense policy advisor to the President. Under the direction of the President, the Secretary exercises authority, direction, and control over the Department of Defense. The Deputy Secretary, the second-highest ranking official in the DoD, is delegated full power and authority to act for the Secretary and to exercise the powers of the Secretary on any and all matters for which the Secretary is authorized to act. The U.S. Department of Defense is the only government agency that has the organizational capability to manage the many issues that need correction to save human races from complete destruction 2050-2099 CE.

The President of the United Sates must task the Secretary of Defense to provide timely global warming solutions.
